Responsibilities

• Act as a key partner to OKX's senior management, overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and the Balkans while contributing to business expansion.

• Collaborate with international teams to execute strategies that enhance our brand visibility and market share locally.

• Establish local connections and cultivate relationships with regional banking institutions to facilitate customer access to the OKX platform.

• Partner with data analytics teams to drive decision-making based on trading user objectives.

• Promote effective collaboration across departments, such as compliance, legal, and government relations, to enhance business operations in the region.

• Develop new partnerships and engage in strategic initiatives within the local community to strengthen our presence in the regional digital asset ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in leading operations/marketing, with a strong grasp of growth strategies and a track record of successful team management.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience working in a crypto-related company.

• Ability to effectively communicate with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.

• Exposure to a global environment and a cross-cultural perspective.
