Responsibilities

• Serve as a key strategic partner to senior management, overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and Balkans while contributing to business expansion.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness and increase market share locally.
• Establish local on-ramps and nurture relationships with regional banking institutions to facilitate customer access to our platform.
• Work closely with data analytics teams to drive decision-making based on user trading objectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to drive regional business operations.
• Develop new partnerships and undertake strategic initiatives to strengthen our presence within the local digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading operations and marketing, with a strong grasp of growth strategies and a history of managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams as well as external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Ability to effectively engage with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.
• Exposure to global markets and a cross-cultural orientation.
