Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner for senior management in Eastern Europe and the Balkans, driving business expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with global teams to enhance brand awareness and increase market share locally through strategic activities.
Establish local connections and collaborate with banking institutions to facilitate access to the OKX platform for regional customers.
Utilize data analytics insights to drive trading user objectives and make informed decisions.
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to facilitate regional business operations.
Develop new relationships and spearhead initiatives that strengthen our presence in the local digital asset ecosystem.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading operations/marketing and achieving growth, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams, partners, and investors.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a crypto-related company.
Capable of engaging with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.
