Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director will utilize advanced sales tactics and market insights to optimize revenue generation and meet sales objectives within the region.

Role Details

  • Engage in contract negotiations and continuously provide accurate forecasts and reports for the designated territory
  • Work closely with marketing to develop the go-to-market strategy
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively throughout extended sales cycles
  • Focus on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships with key decision-makers, including up to C-level
  • Contribute to enhancing product, market, and competitor awareness
  • Take part in industry events and trade shows
  • Adhere to the company’s sales processes, values, and objectives

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or relevant field
  • Strong grasp of IT security, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitor tactics
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the IT security sector
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, and SPIN Selling methodologies
  • Capable of crafting and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced sales technologies
  • Skilled in identifying and nurturing growth opportunities, including vital partnerships and key customers
  • Ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members
  • Proficient in influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels
