Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director will utilize advanced sales tactics and market insights to optimize revenue generation and meet sales objectives within the region.
Role Details
- Engage in contract negotiations and continuously provide accurate forecasts and reports for the designated territory
- Work closely with marketing to develop the go-to-market strategy
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively throughout extended sales cycles
- Focus on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships with key decision-makers, including up to C-level
- Contribute to enhancing product, market, and competitor awareness
- Take part in industry events and trade shows
- Adhere to the company’s sales processes, values, and objectives
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or relevant field
- Strong grasp of IT security, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of market trends and competitor tactics
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the IT security sector
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, and SPIN Selling methodologies
- Capable of crafting and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Proficient in utilizing advanced sales technologies
- Skilled in identifying and nurturing growth opportunities, including vital partnerships and key customers
- Ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members
- Proficient in influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels
