Position Overview:
As a Remote Call Center Agent at Cure Net Health, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, dedicated to delivering exceptional support in the health and medical tourism industry. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from clients, providing them with comprehensive assistance regarding healthcare services, medical procedures, and travel arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients via phone calls, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Information Provision: Offer detailed information about the healthcare services offered by Cure Net Health, including medical procedures, pricing, availability, and eligibility requirements.
3. Appointment Booking: Assist clients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and travel accommodations as per their preferences and requirements.
4. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
5. Record Maintenance: Accurately document all client interactions and transactions in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.
Position Details:
- Salary: Annual salary ranging from $28,000 to $32,000 .
- Working Hours: Shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with night shift options available.
- Benefits: Competitive salary, equipment expenses, electricity bills, food costs covered, and sponsorship support for eligible employees.
- Estimated Start Date: End of April.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
