Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join the Product Innovation & Strategy team at OKX Cefi, where you will play an integral role in driving crypto trading innovation. Led by researchers, strategists, and program managers, the team anticipates market trends and develops user-centric solutions to meet the dynamic demands of the industry. Through a commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology, we aim to revolutionize cryptocurrency trading globally for an unparalleled user experience and limitless possibilities in the blockchain space.

Responsibilities:

• Research on Emerging Technologies: Dive deep into new technologies like AI and blockchain to conduct in-depth research aligning with market demands and competition.

• Analysis: Explore and analyze latest trends in the crypto industry to inform Cefi Product Strategy with valuable insights and data.

• Strategic Facilitation: Organize discussions that support the vision of the Cefi product team, enhance meeting structures, implement process enhancements, and foster an environment conducive to strategic discussions.

• Business Innovation: Evaluate and elevate OKX’s Cefi Product strategy by probing into the current capabilities of the teams, regularly analyzing technological performance, and driving enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy planning, consulting, or research within Crypto, VCs, Internet, Fintech, or Consulting sectors.

• Proficiency in the Web3 domain, especially in trending token narratives, new trading products, and AI/Blockchain trends.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, thriving in a high-paced and innovative environment.

• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to foster effective relationships across varied business units.

• Preferably a graduate from top universities or renowned business schools, holding an MBA or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI & Blockchain technologies.

• Exposure to Web3/Crypto trading industry, both professionally and as a user.
