About MachineFi and Our Culture:
MachineFi Lab is IoTeX's core developer, focused on providing technology for Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). DePIN is a Web3 category projected to become a multi-trillion-dollar economy supported by billions of smart devices and trillions of sensors. Our team consists of over 60 research scientists and engineers who have released the world's first decentralized off-chain compute framework for smart devices and real-world data called W3bstream. We aim to offer advanced middleware and tools for Web2 businesses connecting to Web3 token incentives using user-owned smart devices for confirmation of real-world activity. Our Proof-of-Anything technology can be applied to various datasets, such as location, activity, and humanity.
With our user-friendly tools, X-and-earn scenarios like play-and-earn, walk-and-earn, and sleep-and-earn, along with community-owned machine networks like smart cities and public utilities, can be created. We have received backing from nearly 20 notable VCs, including Samsung Next, Jump Crypto, Draper Dragon, Xoogler Ventures, IOSG, Wemade, and Escape Velocity. MachineFi Lab is dedicated to developing advanced technology that bridges the metaverse and the real world.
