R3's Professional Services (PS) team specializes in delivering Corda expertise to drive successful adoption for customers. The team collaborates directly with clients to design, develop, deploy, and advise on Corda solutions, ensuring sustainable long-term outcomes. Engaging in business consulting, technical implementations, and end-to-end project ownership, the team assists clients in addressing real-world challenges related to Digital Currencies and Digital Assets.
The team's customer-centric and innovative approach focuses on strategically assessing client needs and setting them up for success from project initiation. Collaborating internally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams enables the delivery of tailored solutions that evolve according to customer requirements.
Resource Operations Role Overview
The Resource Operations office is an integral part of the Professional Services team, responsible for facilitating global operations efficiently. The position plays a key role in planning, forecasting, and influencing hiring decisions by leveraging data and understanding resource profiles. It encompasses providing suitable tools, processes, and support to enhance team performance, with potential for future expansion into supporting other PS teams.
Key Responsibilities - Resource Management (30%)
- Collaborate with the Resource Management Officer to support day-to-day operations and various tasks.
- Manage client data using the Klient system, ensuring accurate allocation by liaising with project and delivery managers regularly.
- Identify and rectify instances of under or overutilization within the PS team.
- Optimize resource allocation by adjusting skillsets, timelines, margins, revenues, and individual career development aspirations as needed.
- Assist in the Opco resourcing update every two weeks and contribute to onboarding activities for new team members.
Key Responsibilities - Operations Support (40%)
- Aid Resource Operations in Klient PSA administration and documentation duties.
- Ensure timely submission of timesheets by team members.
- Update Klient with project cloud costs, travel expenses, resource expenditures, and other relevant information.
- Support the rollout of Klient dashboard reporting to the broader PS team.
- Drive the adoption of established processes within the team with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lead partner onboarding efforts involving the Dev Rail portal, skills matrix, and certification processes for the partner ecosystem.
- Manage Klient PSA data and dashboard reporting, with potential growth opportunities to support additional PS teams.
Key Responsibilities - Project Management Office (PMO) Support (30%)
- Assist in project PMO administration activities across the portfolio of PS projects.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled graduate or undergraduate student in their second or third year of studies.
- Proficient in analytical and system handling skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility when priorities shift and excels in collaboration with other R3 teams.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities at all levels.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to project management principles is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce PSA and Atlassian tools is beneficial.
