About The Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Risk Operations Analyst to oversee and elevate the standard of risk operations within our team. This position entails monitoring agents' daily tasks, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, and fostering continuous enhancement through data analysis and AI-driven quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of KYC, fraud detection, and risk operations, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen interest in emerging blockchain technologies. Being adaptable to work across various time zones is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and uphold the quality of agents' chat interactions and daily operational duties to ensure alignment with established norms.
• Develop and enhance service quality specifications for Risk personnel in accordance with evolving business needs.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments for online and offline operations, adhering to QA criteria.
• Analyze operational and risk data to produce informative reports and valuable suggestions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to operations teams and senior management for effective implementation.
• Train team members to deepen their familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA counterparts for regular calibration meetings aimed at advancing QA capabilities and sustaining high standards.
• Lead and contribute to AI-powered quality assurance projects, including automated evaluations, speech and text analytics, and the deployment of intelligent QA models to enhance efficiency and precision.
• Show flexibility by working alternate hours, such as evenings, to collaborate with global teams across diverse jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Possession of an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk operations, fraud prevention, KYC, or related fields.
• Profound understanding of KYC, fraud detection, and risk operation processes.
• Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality assurance initiatives.
• Experience with AI-related projects (e.g., AI quality monitoring or automated QA systems) is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective facilitation skills for conducting meetings and presentations.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English and the primary language of the supported market.
• Enthusiastic about emerging technologies, particularly blockchain and associated innovations.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is necessary to liaise with overseas partners and stakeholders.
