Sales Development Representative

Reporting Line:
This role will report to the Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively assess, handle, and engage with incoming leads from marketing initiatives and digital channels.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to foster relationships, generate interest, and verify potential partnerships.
- Research prospective accounts and decision-makers to identify key contacts and ascertain customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Customer Success teams to arrange presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor and assess account activity within the HubSpot CRM to identify new strategies, upsell opportunities, and ensure cohesive communication among the Commercial, Customer Success, and Marketing departments.
- Support industry events via lead acquisition, networking, and relationship building.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities to effectively manage multiple enterprise accounts and inbound leads.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify customer engagement patterns and account trends.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, to streamline customer interactions and monitor pipeline progress.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on building relationships over cold outreach.
- Comfort working autonomously in a collaborative environment with teams across commercial, marketing, production, and customer success, driven by a results-oriented work ethic.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, sales coordination, or marketing operations.
- Background in B2B SaaS, media, film, or entertainment industries would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar sales and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, analyze customer engagement, and uncover actionable insights.
- Passion for AI, film technology, and the evolving media landscape.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $80,000 annually
Interview Process:
The interview process involves four rounds, interspersed with casual Zoom or in-person coffee chats to further mutual understanding and compatibility:
Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute discussion with the recruitment team to review background, interests, and alignment with Flawless.
Hiring Manager/Behavioral: 60-minute onsite meeting to gauge team fit and alignment with Flawless.
Hubspot Form Evaluation: 60-minute onsite session to analyze customer messages and propose action plans.
Final Cross-Functional Interview: A 60-minute virtual interview focusing on partnerships, communication style, and problem-solving approaches.
