BitGo seeks a Sales Development Representative for their expanding team based in New York, reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales. This position caters to sales professionals experienced in cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sales. As an individual contributor, the key role involves prospecting new leads and identifying potential sales opportunities for the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and engage potential leads through diverse channels including professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to synchronize efforts, devise target lists, campaigns, and strategies for engaging prospects.
- Assess leads for sales potential and coordinate meetings for the Sales team.
- Record lead details and interactions in Salesforce while ensuring optimal CRM maintenance.
Skills and Experience:
- Possess 2+ years of sales and/or business development experience in digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
- Display enthusiasm towards the digital asset industry and a willingness to explore new concepts such as protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a keenness for acquiring knowledge on new products/technology in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools like Salesforce.
- Exhibit critical thinking, transparent communication, and a sense of ownership mentality.

Pay Transparency Notice: Compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 - $95,000 USD base salary, complemented with equity, an annual performance bonus, and benefits based on your location and seniority level.
