As a Sales Lead, your responsibility will involve leading the North America & LATAM regions, expanding business operations, and devising a sales strategy to maintain our market leadership position.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Maximisation
Manage and enhance existing partnerships like BestBuy, ensuring continued satisfaction and exploring collaboration opportunities
Negotiate favorable trade terms and foster Ledger as a key strategic partner
Support partners in brand promotion, enhancing traffic acquisition, and maintaining Ledger's brand voice
Business Growth
Spearhead business expansion in Latin America by identifying and establishing relevant retail channels
Strategic Planning and Implementation
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region in coordination with internal teams to ensure successful implementation
Monitor business performance, undertake data-driven initiatives, and optimize processes to enhance daily operations, communication, and reporting
Web3 Expertise: Stay informed about the latest industry updates and significant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of +7 years experience in sales, focusing on retail partnerships in the consumer electronics sector
- Proven track record in negotiating and finalizing partnership deals with online and offline retailers
- Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics retail landscape in the US and ability to identify emerging trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in building professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and capability to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Passion for technology, with an interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain as a nice-to-have
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese proficiency is advantageous
