Sales Lead, Prediction & Digital Asset Markets
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Lead who will play a pivotal role in the convergence of prediction markets, regulated derivatives, and digital assets within the financial markets. As a Sales Lead, you will spearhead the expansion of our Predictions and Exchange business in the US by fostering relationships with firms, traders, and institutions actively engaged in event contracts, binary derivatives, and CFTC-regulated crypto products.
This position goes beyond executing a predefined playbook. You will establish a clientele in an evolving market, collaborating closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to innovate deals and introduce new offerings. Responsibilities
- Drive the complete sales cycle for institutional and professional clients interested in our Predictions and Exchange products in the US market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional players in derivatives and digital asset markets.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, overseeing onboarding, ongoing relationship cultivation, and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure client agreements and introduce tailored solutions to the market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as an expert in prediction markets and CFTC-regulated products.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to guide product development priorities.
- Monitor pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics, ensuring accountability for measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Direct expertise in CFTC-regulated markets is mandatory; experience at a DCM, FCM, or with CFTC-regulated derivatives products is highly desired.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional sales or business development in financial markets, with a track record of successfully closing and managing complex client relationships.
- Familiarity or experience with CME Group is advantageous.
- Established network of relationships with trading firms, hedge funds, or institutional participants in derivatives and/or digital asset sectors.
- Profound understanding of event contracts, binary options, or prediction market mechanisms.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and product teams to navigate regulatory complexities.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex products clearly to diverse stakeholders.
This position offers a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 annually, with additional benefits such as RSU equity and annual bonuses.
