They are assisting a global entity in their hunt for a Salesforce Engagement Manager who can effectively oversee the implementation of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud projects. The primary focus is to ensure alignment with business objectives, project execution, user acceptance, and long-term value attainment.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be proficient in bridging business and technical aspects while managing and driving Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by users. This role blends robust project management skills with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise. The Engagement Manager will oversee project timelines, risk management, stakeholder communication, adoption strategies, and performance metrics to guarantee that considerable business benefits are derived from Salesforce investments.
Key Duties
- Spearhead the end-to-end execution of Salesforce projects specializing in Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
- Develop and supervise project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Drive communication with stakeholders and provide executive reporting.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and deployment readiness.
- Lead change management activities to enhance user adoption and business value.
- Define project KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI indicators.
- Assist with go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Act as a key intermediary among business users, implementation teams, and leadership stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, program management, and business analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects.
- Robust background in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, project planning and execution, risk management, UAT, training coordination, and change management.
- Experience in hosting workshops and cross-functional working sessions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Ability to define and report project KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English at a C1/C2 level.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience or certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
- Change management certification/training such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Background in service operations, manufacturing, industrial services, or field-service organizations.
