Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead

Job Summary:

With our rapid growth and ambitious goals, we are looking for a Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Lead to play a crucial role in managing our security risk, privacy, and information security initiatives. As part of our team, your responsibilities will involve actively promoting and implementing policies and procedures related to GRC to enhance our operations. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at our Milton office on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Swyftx’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and maintain security certifications.
• Lead risk management, privacy, and information security initiatives to ensure compliance.
• Keep abreast of security and privacy standards and propose enhancements.
• Coordinate IT & Security audits, internally and externally, to uphold compliance standards.
• Conduct internal audits, continuous monitoring, and testing of controls.
• Define, track, and report on Security Governance, Risk & Compliance at Swyftx.
• Assist in overseeing Security Risk Management & Third-Party Assurance programs.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience operating an ISMS within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of attaining and upholding certification standards like ISO and SOC 2.
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and CEH.
• A practical approach to security and privacy compliance focusing on process enhancement.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks meticulously and efficiently.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the capacity to recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in engaging stakeholders.
