Responsibilities

- Contribute to global standardization of IT operations and service delivery by coordinating with regional leaders.
- Aid in monitoring inventory status and reporting on IT Operations-related projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated IT Operations issues affecting various business units.
- Explore and embrace opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve IT operational efficiency and security.
- Provide occasional after-hours support for critical IT Operations matters as needed.
