Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while setting timelines and milestones.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather security requirements and ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project advancement, communicate progress, potential obstacles, and key outcomes to internal and external parties.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee security measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address any spontaneous tasks or requests as delegated.
- Display a proactive attitude, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset for personal and organizational growth.
- Ability to independently drive projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Familiarity with blockchain/cryptocurrency is advantageous.
- Preferably possess over a year of Project Management experience with a track record of managing security and blockchain projects.
- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
- Exceptional project management capabilities including multitasking and prioritization.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Desirable qualifications like CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP.
- Proficient time management, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Intrinsically motivated with a problem-solving attitude and ability to overcome challenges with little supervision.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
