Security Project Manager/ Security Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security projects that align with organizational objectives.
• Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify security requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project efficiency.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and key deliverables to internal and external parties.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach, initiative, and willingness to learn for personal and organizational growth.
• Drive projects independently from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Preferably possess knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, focusing on security and blockchain projects.
• Exhibit a passion for the cryptocurrency domain.
• Demonstrate strong project management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP.
• Manage time effectively, work independently, and be willing to learn continuously.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Display intrinsic motivation, problem-solving skills, and a meticulous and organized work approach.
