Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security initiatives in line with company objectives.
- Outline project scope, objectives, and set up project schedules.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify security needs and ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project advancement and keep stakeholders informed of progress and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure security requirements are met across development phases.
- Take on additional tasks as required.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to take the lead.
- Be self-motivated and lead projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or similar field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with Blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a bonus.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience focusing on security and Blockchain projects.
- Project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP.
- Efficient time management skills, self-learning attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Intrinsic motivation and problem-solving approach with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
