Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security projects in accordance with organizational objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, including establishing project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security requirements and ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, potential roadblocks, and key deliveries to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Address any additional requests and tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and initiative, with a focus on continual learning and organizational development.
- Display self-motivation and ability to lead projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields; a Master's degree would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in Project Management, preferably within security projects and blockchain initiatives, for a minimum of 3 years.
- Possess knowledge in blockchain and cryptocurrencies with a strong passion for the field.
- Exhibit exceptional project management skills, including prioritization and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP.
- Strong time management skills, independent work capability, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Intrinsically motivated with a problem-solving attitude, seeking innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
