How you will help
As a Senior Analyst, Data Product at HealthVerity, you will play a key role in supporting the data design strategy to optimize our data assets and develop products that cater to the business objectives of our clients. Your focus will be on creating innovative solutions that simplify complex healthcare data, engaging clients and driving HealthVerity's progress.
Your responsibilities extend beyond internal operations to establishing strong client relationships. What you will do
- Lead product design by leveraging deep data expertise to develop new offerings through a process of rapid prototyping to address unmet needs across various data product areas.
- Drive innovation by introducing cutting-edge data products for the healthcare sector, leveraging HealthVerity's leadership in the healthcare data market.
- Engage closely with enterprise clients to grasp their challenges in interacting with our data, integrating their feedback into the product design cycle to meet and exceed market expectations.
- Act as an advocate for HealthVerity's product strategy in customer interactions, enhancing market presence and visibility.
- Foster a culture of excellence and team development within the product team, contributing to your professional growth journey.

- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to explain designs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create rapid prototypes for diverse data offerings in the early exploration phase.

Desired skills
- At least 6 years of experience in data solution design within healthcare technology, with a focus on anticipating future client needs and delivering innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in user experience, design, and research to create data products that meet client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Minimum 6 years of advanced SQL programming and analytic experience.
- Previous experience in an external customer-facing role with real-world data focus.
- Profound knowledge of healthcare data structures and deriving insights from them.
- Familiarity with engineering and data warehousing principles.
- Record of solving challenges using clinical data, preferably within Life Sciences.
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
