Role Overview

We are in search of a dynamic professional to spearhead the development and deployment of various cryptocurrency-related products. This role is a distinctive chance to contribute to impactful global projects that significantly influence millions of users on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute crypto-related products like crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending, and more
• Direct the creation of systems capable of scaling 100 times, initiating substantial infrastructure and architecture enhancements
• Lead and oversee day-to-day development activities by actively engaging in architecture decisions, designs, code reviews, and implementation
• Establish and uphold system infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field experience
• Possess 7+ years of experience in the complete software development cycle
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering leadership/management capacity
• Demonstrated track record of guiding teams to deliver significant business impact and outstanding results in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework
• Strong expertise in MySQL and experience with a NoSQL database
• Proficient in designing distributed systems and knowledgeable about at least one messaging middleware and its underlying principles
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-team communication
