Senior Backend Developer / Technical Team Lead -Equities

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of trading business systems and oversee technical teams
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of trading tools and products starting from concept to production
• Engage in requirement reviews, analysis, architecture design, and technical solution assessment
• Contribute to system enhancements, pivotal projects, and resolving technical challenges
• Recommend optimization strategies for business processes to boost system efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with trading product teams to develop essential business modules and workflows

Desired Qualifications:

• Over 8 years of backend development experience with a robust domain understanding in financial/trading systems
• Fluency in English is a necessity
• Expertise in high-performance, distributed systems involving modern backend technologies and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Go/Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and familiarity with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis; knowledge in Event Sourcing
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs for both frontend and backend applications
