Senior Backend Engineer (Golang), Strategy Engine

Responsibilities

• Develop intricate backend logic for the Strategy Engine to support dynamic UI on the App and provide tailored user experiences based on different user statuses.
• Collaborate with data analysts to analyze user data, establish distinct strategies, measure strategy efficacy, and optimize user value.
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, QA, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Advocate for technology best practices within the team, conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end software development, with expertise in Golang and Python programming languages.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of software frameworks and design patterns.
• Understanding of Cloud services, message brokers, relational databases, big data, and microservices architecture.
• Preferred experience in data-driven or AI projects.
