Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java Spring microservice applications leveraging robust architectural expertise.
• Own the end-to-end system architecture in collaboration with product and project managers.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with various tech teams across project development stages.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Adapt to differing time zones for seamless collaboration with team members worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficiency in designing Java Spring microservice applications.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in projects emphasizing high concurrency and availability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setup.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with web3 is considered a plus.
