What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales growth and contribute to long-term business objectives by nurturing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to support user expansion and increase transaction volumes in the region
• Propose and implement creative marketing initiatives and product enhancements to drive business growth and enhance user experience locally
• Collaborate with customer experience teams to resolve complex orders, address merchant inquiries, and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and report findings accordingly
• Conduct market research to understand user needs, identify product enhancement opportunities, and bridge any existing gaps
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and deliverables
• Continuously research the market to identify growth opportunities for the product, including market comparisons, business opportunity recommendations, and staying informed on local market news

What We Look For In You

• Hold a college degree or higher education
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing within the crypto industry
• Demonstrate expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and P2P payments
• Have a deep understanding of P2P operations, capable of fostering merchant trust through service excellence and daily management
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native Arabic for effective stakeholder engagement
• Bring strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to the role
• Show a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
