What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth and contribute to long-term business objectives by nurturing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and campaigns to support user expansion and increase transaction volumes in the region
- Propose and implement creative marketing initiatives and product enhancements to drive business growth and enhance user experience locally
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to resolve complex orders, address merchant inquiries, and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and report findings accordingly
- Conduct market research to understand user needs, identify product enhancement opportunities, and bridge any existing gaps
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and deliverables
- Continuously research the market to identify growth opportunities for the product, including market comparisons, business opportunity recommendations, and staying informed on local market news
What We Look For In You
- Hold a college degree or higher education
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing within the crypto industry
- Demonstrate expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and P2P payments
- Have a deep understanding of P2P operations, capable of fostering merchant trust through service excellence and daily management
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native Arabic for effective stakeholder engagement
- Bring strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to the role
- Show a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
