Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Developer Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you will be pivotal in defining and implementing demand generation strategies for our innovative suite of Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products. Suceeding in this position hinges on efficient collaboration with various internal teams, including developer marketing, product marketing, and product development units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute demand generation campaigns for Web3 Services Products to effectively engage the target audience.
- Generate awareness and drive adoption of our product suite among developers through strategically designed campaigns.
- Lead seamless coordination of product launches across internal teams to ensure successful rollouts.
- Align closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product development teams to maintain consistency in strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns based on defined goals and OKRs.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and leverage insights for informed marketing strategies.
- Track and evaluate the performance of developer demand generation initiatives against KPIs to achieve optimal ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and across the developer community.
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional experience of 7+ years in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing.
- Proficiency in product launches, developer engagement, and a solid background in the crypto industry.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective product launch plans leading to widespread adoption.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders to drive results.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for driving product launch adoption.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive efficient execution.
- Familiarity with platforms such as 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel. Note: Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
