Job Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking an experienced Senior Developer Marketing Manager to join the Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation efforts for Web3 Services products, Circle Infrastructure products, and oversee the implementation of demand generation strategies for product deployments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams, is pivotal to the success of this role.
Key Duties:
- Develop demand generation for Web3 Services Products to engage the target audience effectively.
- Raise awareness and promote adoption of products within the developer community through strategic campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches by collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful rollouts.
- Align strategies and objectives with the developer marketing team, product marketing, and product teams.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with set objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze performance of developer demand generation initiatives against goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and within the developer community.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in product launches, developer marketing, and crypto industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in executing product launch plans effectively for scalability.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent collaboration skills to engage leaders across functions and achieve results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
- Success in navigating complex business environments and driving efficient execution.
- Familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages a plus.
Additional Information:
Job position eligible for immediate PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Compensation considers various factors like experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
