Responsibilities
Circle is currently looking for a skilled Senior Developer Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services products and Circle Infrastructure products, managing the implementation of demand generation tactics to support various product initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams, is pivotal for success in this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Spearhead demand generation for Web3 Services Products to effectively engage the target audience.
- Create awareness and encourage adoption among developers for our product suite through campaign initiatives.
- Lead product launches, coordinating seamlessly with internal departments for successful rollouts.
- Align closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and the product teams to establish strategies and objectives.
- Develop and execute extensive marketing plans and campaigns based on our goals and OKRs.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Measure and assess the performance of all developer demand generation efforts against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and the developer community.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing preferred.
- Deep understanding of product launches, marketing to developers, and proficiency in the crypto industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product launch plans that drive large-scale adoption.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional leaders and achieving desired outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for key projects and driving product launch adoption.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills encompassing verbal, listening, and written communication.
- Proven capability in navigating complex business environments and ensuring efficient execution.
- Experience or familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is valued.
- Strong willingness to engage in work-related travel.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English with bilingualism considered a plus.
Additional Information
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Starting pay ranges from $160,000 to $207,500 and includes an annual bonus target of 17.5%.
