Your Role:
Circle is in search of a motivated and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager based in the U.S. to lead our global marketing efforts across diverse audiences, channels, and geographies. As a crucial member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our international marketing strategy and expanding our brand footprint worldwide. This role demands strategic thinking, in-depth market knowledge, and a passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns. From influencer marketing to performance marketing, you will guide cross-functional teams to implement targeted initiatives that engage audiences globally. By spearheading market research, overseeing localization endeavors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will drive Circle's growth in key regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engage target audiences globally.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals in specific countries.
- Manage the localization and translation of marketing assets to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competition to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to align marketing efforts and support global business growth.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to optimize return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to track effectiveness and refine strategies for continuous enhancement.
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives across channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Global Marketing, with preferred expertise in B2B Influencer Marketing or Partner Marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns on a global scale.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Outstanding collaboration skills to engage cross-functional leaders for impactful results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives with accountability for outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement and collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Additional Details:
- Qualified candidates may be eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship.
- Compensation packages are shaped by factors like experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
- Starting salary range: $160,000 - $207,500.
- Annual bonus target: 17.5%.
