Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated Community Engagement Manager to spearhead the cultivation and extension of our developer community on a global scale with a specific focus on LATAM. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Community and hold a pivotal position in fostering an inclusive and thriving community of developers interested in USDC and our Web3 Suite of Services. Your primary aim will be to work closely with the Community Director to fortify community relationships, encourage engagement through various channels, and devise a specialized engagement strategy for our Discord community.

Key Duties:

  • Oversight of day-to-day community management activities, focusing on monitoring discussions, addressing queries, and swiftly resolving issues to ensure a positive user experience within an inclusive community environment.
  • Implementation of an engagement strategy tailor-made for our Discord community to facilitate vibrant discussions, foster active participation, and promote a sense of community ownership.
  • Collaboration with the Director to identify developer content, curate compelling materials supported by the product team, and encourage community engagement through the amplification of user-generated content.
  • Close cooperation with the Community and Ecosystem Growth Directors to plan and execute community events that cater to community needs and interests, guaranteeing well-coordinated and engaging virtual and physical gatherings.
  • Development and execution of strategies to attract and onboard new developers, including building ties with influencers, partners, and industry peers to champion community advocacy and forge collaboration opportunities.
  • Utilization of analytics tools like CommonRoom to evaluate community engagement effectiveness, offering regular reports and insights to leadership on growth trends and improvement areas.

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements

Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations

Automation & Scale
