We are currently looking for a seasoned Compliance Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in compliance regulations and hands-on experience in crafting top-tier compliance products. This role requires expertise in product management and technical knowledge within the financial sector, particularly in compliance and regulatory standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise compliance products and systems, overseeing performance, incident management, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with compliance and internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative compliance solutions
- Evaluate and enhance compliance product performance by monitoring key metrics
- Work closely with internal teams to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders
- Develop and implement operational procedures for regulator product functions, incident management, reporting, and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field
- Over 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk-related product management, ideally within Finance or Technology sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Preferable experience with Web3 Compliance and AI applications in Compliance Products
- Profound understanding of Compliance, KYC, and AML
- Proven track record of launching successful Compliance features and products
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with effective communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in agile development and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in the English language
