Senior Compliance/Regulatory Product Manager (AML & KYC)

We are currently looking for a seasoned Compliance Product Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in compliance regulations and hands-on experience in crafting top-tier compliance products. This role requires expertise in product management and technical knowledge within the financial sector, particularly in compliance and regulatory standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise compliance products and systems, overseeing performance, incident management, and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with compliance and internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative compliance solutions
• Evaluate and enhance compliance product performance by monitoring key metrics
• Work closely with internal teams to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders
• Develop and implement operational procedures for regulator product functions, incident management, reporting, and communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field
• Over 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk-related product management, ideally within Finance or Technology sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Preferable experience with Web3 Compliance and AI applications in Compliance Products
• Profound understanding of Compliance, KYC, and AML
• Proven track record of launching successful Compliance features and products
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with effective communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in agile development and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in the English language
