About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Content Specialist to join our team. As a Content Specialist, you will work closely with multiple teams including Marketing, Growth, and Product to maintain Crypto.com's copy and content standards. You will help create compelling communications and ensure consistency with the Crypto.com brand across various touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Create conversion-oriented copy for different teams including Growth, Research, Product, and Marketing.
- Proofread and edit company assets to ensure consistency with the Style Guide.
- Assist with ideation, research, and other aspects of content creation.
- Use data to optimize copy for CRM, advertising, branding, and marketing.
- Develop and execute new concepts and strategies to achieve business goals.
- Support writing-related projects and tasks as needed.
- Create various copy deliverables such as blog posts, whitepapers, emails, advertisements, social media posts, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative, product, or content writing role.
- Strong portfolio with diverse writing samples across different formats.
- Excellent command of English with attention to detail, language, and flow.
- Experience in data analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and Web3 is advantageous.
