You will play a crucial role in leveraging CRM channels to boost revenue growth by enhancing users' engagement with Ledger Live's trading capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass designing and executing activation and engagement initiatives that drive trading activity, elevate user frequency, and optimize revenue. This role demands a strong grasp of web3 trading behaviors within trading or wallet environments, sound commercial insight, and the ability to transform strategic objectives into effective CRM campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Growth through CRM: Develop and implement impactful CRM strategies to enhance revenue through activation and sustenance of Ledger Live's trading services.
- User Lifecycle Management for Traders: Create user lifecycle strategies to nurture users from trading interest to becoming active traders within the Ledger ecosystem.
- Trading Feature Activation Programs: Devise and implement onboarding programs that efficiently introduce users to Ledger's trading features and drive initial adoption.
- Revenue Optimization: Plan and conduct A/B testing on various CRM elements to optimize for increased trading activity and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration for Revenue Goals: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align CRM efforts with revenue targets and ensure a seamless user journey promoting trading.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management/growth with a proven track record of driving revenue through activation and engagement initiatives, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing CRM strategies targeting the adoption of revenue-generating features.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of CRM's direct impact on revenue metrics.
