You will strategically utilize CRM channels to drive revenue growth by enhancing user engagement with Ledger Live's trading functionalities. Your key responsibilities will involve creating and executing activation and engagement strategies that promote trading activity, boost user trading frequency, and maximize revenue. This role demands a solid grasp of web3 trading behavior within a trading or wallet setting, a keen business sense, and the capability to translate strategic aims into effective CRM initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing CRM Strategies for Revenue Growth: Plan and execute impactful CRM strategies aimed at boosting revenue through the activation and ongoing engagement of Ledger Live's trading services.
- User Lifecycle Management in Trading: Devise and implement user lifecycle strategies that guide users from initial trading interest to becoming high-value active traders within the Ledger ecosystem.
- Activation Programs for Trading Features: Create and implement onboarding and activation programs that introduce users to Ledger’s trading features and promote their initial engagement.
- Optimizing Revenue Generation: Conduct A/B testing on various CRM elements (messaging, offers, timing, channels) to optimize for increased trading activity and revenue generation.
- Collaboration for Revenue Targets: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with overall revenue goals, ensuring a seamless user experience that fosters trading activity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in CRM Management/Growth: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through activation and engagement programs, ideally within financial services apps, brokerages, or cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Experience in CRM Strategies: Successful development and execution of CRM and growth strategies focused on boosting the adoption and usage of revenue-generating features.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen and deep understanding of how CRM activities impact revenue metrics.
- Crypto Industry Exposure: Demonstrated experience in the crypto industry, either professionally or personally.
