Senior CRM MarTech Associate/ CRM MarTech Manager
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative individual to fill the role of a Senior CRM MarTech Associate/ CRM MarTech Manager within our Global CRM team. In this position, you will report directly to the MarTech Director and will be instrumental in implementing our segmentation and personalization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the MarTech function for predictions and manage the roadmap for technology tools including CDP, engagement platform, analytics, experimentation, and data pipelines.
Configure and supervise CDP connections ensuring data quality and reliability across various platforms.
Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify important segments and opportunities for personalization and upselling.
Develop retention dashboards and explore opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities utilizing LLMs and MCP extensions.
Establish and manage audience definitions and segments within the CDP for acquisition, retention, and experimentation purposes.
Define tracking plans and event taxonomies to capture essential customer behaviors.
Collaborate with the Data team to define metrics and dashboards for evaluating the impact of CRM initiatives.
Create API requirements and payload specifications for MarTech integrations.
Utilize templating and scripting for dynamic content and intricate personalization logic in CRM campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all CRM projects including PRDs, specs, tracking plans, and data flows.
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to devise strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive activation and retention efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience managing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM tools in a rapidly growing environment.
Proficient in modern AI technology and team orchestration to optimize workflows.
Demonstrated success in enhancing retention, engagement, and LTV using advanced tech solutions.
Experience collaborating with growth and product teams on experimentation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle programs.
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query vast and complex datasets for audience definitions and analysis.
In-depth understanding of sports events, sportsbooks, and options trading.
