The company is currently looking for a skilled individual to fill a role as a Senior CRM Specialist with a focus on app trading. The successful candidate will support managing cross-channel communications for an upcoming e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include enhancing platform transaction, engagement, and usage metrics through various communication channels like push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.
The Senior CRM Specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and creative departments, assisting in driving consumer engagement strategies for cryptocurrency users of all levels. The individual must possess a deep understanding of the product, address consumer touchpoints effectively, and create engaging campaigns to attract both seasoned cryptocurrency enthusiasts and beginners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns
- Utilize data segmentation models to categorize users according to behavior, preferences, and engagement levels
- Implement strategies to engage different user groups, including fiat, derivatives traders, and sports prediction users
- Personalize user interactions to encourage platform engagement and transactions
- Develop automation solutions to enhance CRM platform efficiency and user experience
- Conduct thorough analysis of CRM performance through A/B tests and data visualization tools
- Support campaign analysis and enhancement efforts through collaborative engagements with stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends to tailor CRM campaigns towards meeting business goals
- Plan and integrate data points to enhance CRM platform functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, math, statistics, computer science, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce business
- Proficiency in CRM software like Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo
- Knowledge of the Crypto industry/financial markets is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Self-driven with a sense of ownership
- Skilled in integrating CRM platforms with data visualization tools and CDPs
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Proficient in the MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to develop email templates using HTML
