Description
Summary:
We are looking for a Senior or CRM Specialist to support our e-commerce platform by managing cross-channel communications. The role involves enhancing platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through various channels like push notifications, emails, and in-browser messages.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Aid CRM Manager in executing CRM and campaign programs
- Handle segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the user lifecycle
- Improve platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics through initiatives like DAU/MAU and purchases
- Conduct analysis and enhance CRM efforts through A/B testing
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or BA roles
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of digital assets, trading, and derivatives
- Interest in financial news is a plus
- Skilled in delivering campaigns and managing automation with A/B testing
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and commitment
