Senior /CRM Specialist (9 month contract)

Cryptocurrency platform Crypto.com is in search of a Senior or CRM Specialist for a 9-month period to aid in driving cross-channel communications for their growing e-commerce platform. The core responsibilities will involve boosting platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through various channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.

The chosen Senior/CRM Specialist will directly report to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams. This individual needs to showcase a profound understanding of the company's product, pinpoint consumer touchpoints, and suggest actionable strategies to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate should demonstrate adept research and communication skills, possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and exhibit proficiency in handling multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

• Work in coordination with diverse teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to formulate effective GTM strategies
• Aid the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM and campaign programs
• Oversee end-to-end segmentation, automation, optimization, assessment, and reporting of the user lifecycle
• Foster platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, purchases)
• Analyze and refine CRM initiatives by conducting A/B testing

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or BA roles
• Essential familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce)
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, trading, and derivatives
• Interest in and familiarity with financial news is advantageous
• Skilled in delivering campaigns and managing automation with proficient A/B testing
• Excellent grasp of the English language; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Outstanding project management and communication capabilities
• Demonstrates strong ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
