Senior /CRM Specialist (9 month contract)
Is seeking a Senior or CRM Specialist for a 9-month period to enhance cross-channel communications for its burgeoning e-commerce platform. Responsibilities will involve boosting platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through channels like push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.
The chosen specialist will directly report to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams. They must demonstrate a profound understanding of the company's product, identify critical consumer touchpoints, and suggest practical solutions to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent research and communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to develop effective GTM strategies.
- Support the CRM Manager in orchestrating CRM & campaign programs.
- Manage the entire cycle of segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the user lifecycle.
- Enhance platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU/MAU, purchases).
- Analyze and improve CRM initiatives through A/B testing.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or BA roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce) is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of digital assets, trading, and derivatives.
- Interest in and knowledge of financial news is advantageous.
- Skilled in executing campaigns and managing automation with robust A/B testing.
- Excellent English proficiency; Mandarin proficiency would be a bonus.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
