Senior CRM Specialist (Loyalty and Engagement)

The Senior CRM Specialist (Loyalty and Engagement) will directly report to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams. This individual must showcase a profound comprehension of the company's product, pinpoint consumer touchpoints, and recommend actionable measures to fulfill customer needs. The ideal candidate will display robust research and communication abilities, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional departments (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to develop effective GTM strategies
- Support the CRM Manager in organizing and executing CRM & campaign initiatives
- Enhance platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (i.e., DAU/MAU, win-back)
- Oversee user segmentation, communication distribution (emails, push notifications, in-app messages), and performance assessment
- Apply data analytics to forecast customer behaviors (e.g., churn likelihood), proactively enact retention strategies, and utilize insights for targeted upsell and cross-sell approaches within an optimization framework
- Conduct thorough experiments throughout the customer lifecycle to discover successful tactics for funnel conversion and customer engagement
- Coordinate CRM application data integration
- Analyze industry trends to align with business aims
- Develop hypotheses, conduct A/B testing, and utilize basic statistics to enhance campaign efficacy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or BA fields
- Competent in managing campaigns and automation with rigorous A/B testing
- Proficiency in numbers, logical thinking, and analytics
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data and analytics tools to enhance performance and elevate customer experience
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
- Strong project management and communication abilities
- Experience in SQL or HTML is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software like Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus
- Exhibits a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and dedication
- Self-directed learner with a proactive attitude
- Adaptable to ever-changing market conditions
- Preferably interested in and familiar with financial news
