Responsibilities:

As a valued member of Circle as a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance product understanding, analyze the ecosystem, and facilitate informed decision-making through data insights. Key Areas of Work:

• Work alongside business partners to design core data structures, develop dashboards, define metrics, conduct ad hoc analyses, and unearth insightful findings
• Perform strategic research to uncover opportunities for business enhancement
• Create and implement data visualizations for effective communication of analytical results
• Develop scalable automation solutions using SQL and other tools to drive operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with leadership by delivering structured and impactful business insights through clear communication

Prerequisites for the Role:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering)
• Superior analytical and data manipulation skills, with expertise in SQL and the ability to create scalable data pipelines
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and articulation of complex business issues
• Strong business insight to address intricate and ambiguous business requirements
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment focused on impactful outcomes
• Prior experience with visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI applications

Experience Levels:

Senior Data Analyst (III)

• 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL
• Strong grasp of statistics and its practical application for solving business challenges
• Expertise in domains like financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer landscape, or risk analytics

Lead Data Analyst (IV)

• Over 8 years of industry experience in data analytics
• Mastery in data analysis using SQL
• Profound understanding of statistics and its implementation in resolving business complexities
• Specialization in domains like financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer ecosystem, or risk analytics

Compensation Information:

• Senior Data Analyst (III)

• Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $162,500

• Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

• Lead Data Analyst (IV)

• Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500

• Annual Bonus Target: 15%

• Additional Benefits: Equity & comprehensive benefits package (inclusive of medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). We also offer a flexible vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
