Senior Data Analyst - Billing

Position Summary:

BitGo is currently looking for a Contractor to join its Data Science and Analytics Team on a 6-month basis. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in refining the frameworks that underpin the company's expanding operations and facilitating data-informed decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Billing team to enhance billing logic continually, particularly for client billing and related processes.
• Propose and implement solutions to solve billing issues and enhance processes to prevent future occurrences.
• Design and implement a snowflake-based engineering solution to support managing client billing efficiently at scale.
• Swiftly and thoroughly address client queries concerning billing data.
• Conduct data quality analyses and identify gaps in datasets.
• Manually maintain billing peripheral systems for accuracy assurance.
• Ensure the accuracy of billing data in Salesforce by reviewing customer contracts and opportunities, partnering with Sales and CMS teams.
• Validate and review data in Snowflake, Paradime, and Salesforce to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and anomalies through thorough manual data checks.
• Establish monitoring alerts to uphold the quality of billing datasets.
• Collaborate with various teams to address gaps in data quality by identifying root causes and prescribing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred.
• Mandatory strong command of SQL.
• Capacity to review, analyze, and manage extensive volumes of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm for working within the crypto space.
