Senior Data Engineer

Our Big Data team is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join us. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to an innovative project using state-of-the-art technology to construct blockchain infrastructure. The position involves a blend of data engineering and backend development using Java.

Responsibilities:

• Handle real-time computing, data warehousing, and offline analysis of large datasets.
• Design and implement core business logic and swiftly address production environment issues.
• Deeply comprehend business requirements, conduct business scenario analysis, identify system optimization areas, and develop platform capabilities.
• Continuously optimize the stability and performance of the Flink platform and data service.

Requirements:

• Strong Java development skills with a focus on coding excellence and quality.
• Proficiency in the Flink framework, with a thorough understanding of its principles and architecture.
• Familiarity with various big data components and middleware including Flume, Sqoop, Hdfs, Kafka, and others.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as StarRocks, Mysql, and MongoDB.
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities, coupled with the capacity to handle pressure.
• Preferably, experience in constructing big data platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer-related fields and over 5 years of experience in Internet/big data roles.
