Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange)

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team focused on designing, developing, and enhancing software for various venture projects. These projects are closely tied to our core businesses, executed swiftly with a small, agile team. Your role will entail actively participating in the design of different components across scalable applications, ranging from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will tackle a range of complex technical challenges, overseeing the design and coding of features. This position demands close collaboration across different functions within the organization. You will engage in the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualizing innovative product ideas to making final adjustments before product launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
• Contribute to system architecture design
• Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Enhance and manage tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions
• Automate and optimize operations and processes
• Communicate, escalate, and follow up as necessary to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Solid experience in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in constructing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications
• Knowledge of monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with logging systems such as Fluentbit and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
• Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchange platforms is advantageous
• Understanding of Linux and Network Concepts
• Experience with GitOps utilizing platforms like ArgoCD is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps and AWS
• Ability to write maintainable code
• Strong interest in tech and/or financial environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
