Senior DevOps Engineer (Exchange /Trading Platforms), Taiwan

As a dedicated team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various adjacent venture projects, you will be integral to the creation of scalable applications, contributing to both frontend UI and backend infrastructure development.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will face technically challenging problems and play a key role in overseeing the design and coding of features. This position will require close collaboration across multiple functions within the organization, offering involvement in the full product development lifecycle from ideation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to system architecture design.
• Build and deploy cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes.
• Engage in effective communication, escalation, and follow-up to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in constructing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with logging systems like Fluentbit and Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchanges is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux and network concepts.
• Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
• Proficient coding skills with the ability to write maintainable code.
• Passion for technology and/or financial services, demonstrated through strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
