Key Responsibilities:
In this role, reporting to the VP of the Creative Lab, you will serve as a senior figure contributing significantly to impactful website and content projects driving the Marketing team's objectives and Circle's corporate goals. Your key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Craft a compelling website narrative that guides user experience and enhances page-level storytelling, encompassing new projects, optimization initiatives, page content, and design enhancements.
- Lead content exploration and strategy for ongoing site revamps, ensuring alignment with user preferences and needs.
- Develop UX copy for essential web entities like navigation menus and customer interaction flows.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape content hierarchy, user journey narratives, and more.
- Manage a Content Strategist initially to guide their growth and drive the Content Strategy discipline's impact in Marketing and beyond.
- Partner with the internationalization team to ensure quality and cultural alignment for product experiences across various languages and regions.
- Establish clear content guidelines to streamline web content creation for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain global taxonomy documentation and implement content tagging systems to bolster content, search, and SEO efforts.
- Deliver impactful copy solutions across various content formats, such as website content, UX copy, social media posts, product launches, and more.
- Contribute to defining content strategies for the company's intranet in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Engage with multiple internal partners across various departments, such as marketing, product, and legal, to manage and deliver compelling content.
- Leverage writing skills, user experience know-how, and technical insights to develop product copy that enhances customer understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to planning and resource allocation processes based on organizational objectives.
- Conduct periodic content audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of content strategy experience.
- 5+ years in marketing leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen focus on crafting compelling content.
- Strong adaptability, driven by a desire to continually learn and explore new technologies.
- Proficiency with various tools like Slack, Coda, Asana, etc.
- Experience in designing content for diverse channels and platforms, including web, email, and product interfaces.
- Expertise in architecting scalable content structures while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for global users.
- Familiarity with web design and SEO best practices.
