About the Opportunity

This role presents the chance to oversee the strategic planning and growth of retail trading products at one of the world's leading CeFi exchanges, our company. Responsibilities include managing spot and derivatives manual trading, social trading, and bots, as well as driving local expansion in key markets worldwide, with daily transaction volumes reaching billions of dollars. The position permits either Hong Kong or Singapore as a base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for retail manual trading products, covering spot, margin, perpetuals, and options across various trading stages.

• Plan for non-manual trading products like social trading and trading bots.

• Manage traffic distribution and growth trajectories for different retail categories within the company to improve overall customer lifetime value.

• Collaborate with local market teams, forge channel partnerships, and drive growth in multiple key markets such as Turkey, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Brazil.

• Conduct in-depth market research on retail trader profiles, focus on innovative products for diverse trading scenarios, and drive industry-leading innovations to enhance the company's reputation and user experience.

• Lead the retail trading product team, nurture product innovation capabilities, enhance international collaboration skills, and strategically allocate resources to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Crypto or traditional stock and forex trading sectors, with insights into user behaviors and preferences.

• Extensive background in B2C product development, emphasizing user experience and systematic methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in scaling businesses from small to large scales, with an ability to transfer successful strategies across different industries.

• Proven track record of building and managing teams, preferably with experience leading teams of 20 or more individuals.

• International work experience, preferably in global companies, with strong English communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills, curiosity for innovation, empathy, clear logical thinking, and a keen interest in the Crypto and Blockchain industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rich experience in Crypto, stock, forex trading, investment, or quantitative trading.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software, or related financial disciplines.

• Background in managing business growth across various countries and markets on a global scale.
