About the Compliance Team
The Compliance team at OKX ensures that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements while upholding the highest ethical standards. They achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, collaborating with KYC & AML vendors, and supporting our platform's growth. The team strives to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are integrated.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions for platform projects
- Coordinate resources and lead project research and development
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality
- Improve teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration
- Undertake team tasks and mentor technical talents within the industry
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Java and understanding of JVM configuration optimization, IO, multi-threading, and design patterns
- Experience with mainstream open source application frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, etc.
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle, and proficiency in SQL optimization
- Familiarity with common middleware such as MQ, RPC, cache, and message queue
- Deep understanding of caching systems like Memcached and Redis
- Clear logical thinking and excellent communication skills
