Senior Fiat Business Developement Manager - APAC

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects for varied Fiat channels and opportunities in the APAC region, including maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, payment partners, and service providers.
• Drive growth and execute strategies for Fiat expansion through collaborative partnerships and strategic agreements to enhance market reach, customer acquisition, revenue, and related performance indicators.
• Engage with regulatory entities, government agencies, industry bodies, and regional influencers in the APAC market, from outreach and negotiations to partnership establishment.
• Develop and implement localized strategies for Fiat to support the adoption of crypto ecosystems.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new and existing payment products, markets, and innovative models.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork with internal stakeholders across departments like Product, Operations, and Regional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years proven experience, preferably in fintech organizations specializing in Payment/Crypto Wallet/Digital Banks, in roles related to Business Development, Relationship Management, and Customer Growth.
• Thorough knowledge of APAC payment and banking regulations and operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer expansion within rapidly growing businesses, with readiness for a hands-on role.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with external regulatory bodies and internal teams.
• Proactive, self-driven individual capable of leading initiatives and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
